Hi I am Sheila

I wonder what you are struggling with right now?

Overwhelmed?

Perhaps each day feels like a struggle — filled with anxiety, stress, and a constant sense of dread that leaves a tight knot in your stomach. The joy has been sucked out of your life.

Alone?

Have you lost someone important to you? Maybe people around you say, “You’ll get over it,” but no one truly wants to talk about how you're really feeling. Leaving you silently screaming, feeling isolated and alone in your grief.

Invisible?

Like no one sees or hears you?

You’re just expected to keep going, even when you're barely holding it together. The experience chipping away at your confidence, leaving you battling with low self-esteem.

Uncertain of your future?

Have you  experienced or are you experiencing experience a life-changing situation or illness that’s made you question everything and unsure how to move forward.

Or perhaps you're struggling with another situation — something that leaves you feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, angry, guilty, ashamed, exhausted, or simply lost and alone.

Here at A Different Perspective Counselling, as an experienced Accredited BACP Integrative Counsellor, I can provide you with the time, the space and opportunity to explore your current thoughts and feelings to look at what you might be able to do to make changes in your life, so you become more confident in the way you communicate with those around you, and able to cope with day to day life, leaving you feeling happier and more secure.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions are available either face to face and online using Google Meet.
